Ruta 40 is Europe's first dedicated supplier of Argentinean boutique wines, sourced from small & independent bodegas connected by Argentina’s legendary road of the same name.
Inspired by the owner’s passion for imported wines of exceptional character and quality, a stylish brand identity was created reflecting the company’s distinctive tone of voice, vision and values. 72pt collaborated with lettering artist and illustrator Ruth Rowland to design the company's hand-crafted logo. From there, a range of visual communications were developed using Ruth's beautiful landscape/vine tendril illustrations, invoking the rugged beauty of Argentina with its grape-growing associations. These included wine-tasting cards and wallet, packaging, corporate stationery, bottle labels, exhibition panels and e-commerce website.
